Chic Shopping Tips For Santa.... Mom's Guide To Shopping For The Holiday!

There's nothing in the world like waking up on Christmas morning to a tree filled with your heart's desires. If you're like most mommies that begin your shopping at the first signs of Fall, we applaud you! If you're like me... We deliver tips!

1. Buy what you need.... HaHaHa (Okay that was just a joke!)
2. Become a "Coupon Diva" ! Visit www.treschicstyle.net for coupons, steals & deals. Download coupon apps like "Retail Me Not" and be sure and work your magic befor heading to the register.
3. Always ask if there are any unadvertised special discounts. Most cashiers are in the holiday spirit and delighted to share. Be nice, smile... And a just ASK!
4. Scan the clearance rack with care.... There's always something amazing hiding on that rack. A little time and patience could really pay off!
5. Have the kids make a list... It's easier for you and provides the perfect road map.

This was the Holland-Johnson home in 2012... So I didn't exactly follow the list! lol!!

6. Sunday circulars are a MUST! The deals are all kinds of fab and the kids will love circling their favorites.
7. Think Stocking Stuffers.... Anything from $1 candies at Walmart, to socks, lip balms, scrunchies or hot wheels make great stocking stuffers.
8. Think "Chic" and NEVER pay retail! Most retailers offer price matching. Compare pricing on-line & in-store and believe me, you'll feel like a Winner!
9. Leave the kids at home when shopping... First and foremost it'll only aggravate you and second, don't go spoiling the hopes and dreams for all the "Beleiver's" out there... Like my kid!
10. Lastly, remember it's not about how much money you spent or how extravagant the gift is... It's about the LOVE that surrounds your family all year long.

Say's me in my gift to myself last Christmas.....
